1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing Hackeronaut hubs or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and all services provided by Hackeronaut.
2. Acceptable Use & Legality.
You agree to use our learning environments solely for educational and research purposes. Any attempt to utilize skills learned here for unauthorized access to systems not owned by you or without explicit permission is a violation of these terms and potentially international law. Hackeronaut does not promote or condone illegal activities.
3. Intellectual Property.
All hub scenarios, training materials, source code, and our unique visual skill tree architecture are the intellectual property of Hackeronaut.tech. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Installments (EMI).
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer EMI and "Pay Later" options through our banking partners. When choosing these options, you are entering into a separate financial agreement with the respective bank/provider. Hackeronaut is not responsible for the approval, interest rates, or collection of these installments.
5. Limitation of Liability.
Hackeronaut provides elite-level security training "as-is." We are not liable for any misuse of knowledge, data loss in private labs, or security incidents occurring outside of our controlled learning environments. Users are responsible for their own actions and the legal consequences thereof.
6. Termination.
Hackeronaut reserves the right to terminate access to our platform for any user found to be engaging in malicious activity, sharing account credentials, or violating our community guidelines.
7. Governing Law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
