Shipping Policy.
1. Digital Delivery Mode
Hackeronaut does not ship physical goods. All our products are digital services including online courses, lab environments, and downloadable training materials.
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment verification, access credentials and hub instructions are dispatched automatically to your registered email address within 5-15 minutes. In some cases, manual provisioning of dedicated cloud instances may take up to 12-24 hours.
3. Receipt of Service
A service is considered "delivered" or "shipped" once the enrollment confirmation email has been sent and the user account has been activated on our training platform.
4. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@hackeronaut.tech or via our Telegram group for immediate manual provisioning.
