Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products Policy
Hackeronaut offers digital educational resources, video lessons, and interactive learning scenarios. Because course resources and mentorship access are provisioned immediately upon registration, refund requests are evaluated strictly under specific conditions to prevent abuse of intellectual property.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, users must submit a request to support@hackeronaut.tech within 24 hours of purchase, and the user must not have accessed more than 10% of the course videos or resources. Once the course resources or mentorship channels have been accessed beyond this threshold, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Processing of Funds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days. Please note that banking partners may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
4. EMI & Pay Later Refunds
For purchases made via EMI or Pay Later options, the refund will be processed back to the respective banking partner. Any interest charged by the bank during the transaction is non-refundable by Hackeronaut.
Technical Issues & Support
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your hub, our engineering team is committed to resolving them within 24-48 hours. Technical hurdles do not qualify for a refund but are fully covered under our technical support guarantee.
