If you experience any technical access issues or find that the course was not delivered as described, our engineering support will resolve it within 24 hours or process a refund under the conditions below.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, the credited funds will appear in your statement in accordance with banking settlement timelines.
4. Upgrade Credit Protection
If you purchased an individual course (such as CEHv13 or Black Hat Hacking) and later decide you want the comprehensive Ultimate Offensive Security Bundle, you do not need to request a refund. Contact us on Telegram, and 100% of your previous payment will be credited toward the bundle.
5. Technical Difficulties
If you have trouble logging into the platform, playing video streams, or launching sandbox tools, please contact our support desk first. Most configuration hurdles are resolved in under 2 hours.
