Digital Nature of Products
At Hackeronaut, we provide high-fidelity, engineering-led cybersecurity training and scenario-based labs. Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
The Non-Eligibility Rule
Once a student has been granted access to our private training hubs, discord groups, or downloadable material, they are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund or return of any kind.
Why we have this policy
Our course materials include proprietary vulnerability data, custom-built lab environments, and direct engineering insights that carry significant value the moment they are viewed or downloaded. To protect our intellectual property and the integrity of the learning community, we do not offer a "trial period" after access has been initiated.
Access Initiation
"Access" is defined as any of the following:
- Logging into the training dashboard.
- Joining the private community group/Discord.
- Downloading any course-related PDF or resource.
- Initiating a lab instance.
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your hub, our engineering team is committed to resolving them within 24-48 hours. Technical hurdles do not qualify for a refund but are covered under our technical support guarantee.
